The Collection (II) (2012) Horror Crime Movie Free Download

The Collection is a 2012 horror film, a sequel to the 2009 film, The Collector. It stars Emma Fitzpatrick and Josh Stewart, who reprises his role as Arkin. It is written by Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton, directed by Dunstan, and was released on November 30, 2012.

Plot of The Collection (II) (2012)

The film opens with a series of television broadcasts which make clear that the Collector has become a frequent serial killer and the focus of a massive police manhunt. As in the first film, the Collector kills all victims but one, which he kidnaps. Arkin (Josh Stewart), returning from the first film, is the most recent known victim. Elena Peters (Emma Fitzpatrick) is taken by her friends to a secret party at an undisclosed location. After leaving the crowded dance floor and entering an isolated room, she finds a red trunk and opens it to find a severely injured Arkin. The Collector kills everyone present at the party except for Elena. As the Collector grabs her, Arkin jumps out a high window and escapes, breaking his arm in the process.

At the hospital, Arkin is arrested by police and put under constant surveillance due to a known criminal record. He is approached by Lucello, the right hand man of Elena's wealthy father (Christopher McDonald). Lucello has hired a team of mercenaries to hunt down the Collector and save Elena before she's killed. Lucello implies that if Arkin leads them to the Collector's hideout that he'll save Arkin from his criminal record. Having made a record of the turns the Collector's truck took after kidnapping Arkin the first time, Arkin is able to lead them to the Collector's base, an abandoned hotel in a desolate part of town. Lucello double-crosses Arkin and forces him at gunpoint to guide him through the hotel. At the same time, Elena is able to escape from the Collector while he is distracted by the team of mercenaries entering the hotel.

Upon entering the hotel, the team is attacked by people who the Collector had captured and driven insane, forcing the team to shoot them. Arkin takes the opportunity to escape from Lucello. At this point, the movie jumps among 3 groups: Elena trying to find an exit, Arkin trying to escape, and the mercenary team led by Lucello trying to find Elena. While wandering the hotel, the viewer sees various horrors of the Collector, such as live humans being experimented on and human body parts assembled in artistic ways. Arkin narrowly escapes the Collector several times but is unable to find an exit. Members of the mercenary team are killed or captured one by one by the Collector and his traps. Elena encounters a prisoner named Abby who claims to be the Collector's "favorite" and is reluctant to break his rules, but Elena and Abby are separated when the Collector finds them.

Eventually, Elena, Lucello, and Arkin reunite and rescue Paz from a trap, all other members of the team having been killed by this point. They find Abby, who asks to escape with them. The group finds a room with a small window that they cannot escape through but see two homeless men outside. With the men unable to hear their shouts, Arkin shoots one of them and then fires a second shot when police arrive, causing a SWAT team to surround the building. Abby betrays the group's location to the Collector but then dies to one of his traps. Enraged by this, the Collector attacks the group with a pair of dogs and kidnaps Elena. Lucello, pinned to the ground with a trap approaching, tells the group to save Elena. They find her strapped to an autopsy table but when they approach her they are trapped in a cage. The Collector then makes it apparent that he is going to burn the building down, but Arkin manages to open the cage by re-breaking his arm so that he can reach the latch, allowing the group to escape.

The group finds an exit door to the building, but it is jammed from the outside. The Collector kills Paz and easily beats Arkin in a fist-fight due to only having one functional arm. As the Collector is about to kill Arkin and Elena, Lucello appears, having survived the trap by using one of the dog corpses. He fights the Collector in a knife fight but loses; however, as a final act, he holds the Collector in place so that Arkin can stab him multiple times. Having injured the Collector, Arkin, now able to beat him, lights the Collector on fire.

As the building is burning down, the fire department hears Elena's screams and opens the door from the outside, allowing Elena and Arkin, the last survivors, to escape. However, Arkin finds the Collector's burned mask inside of Arkin's trunk but no corpse. Some time later, Arkin manages to track down the Collector's house by searching for every registered taxidermist nearby. He throws the Collector into his red trunk, saying he'll do to the Collector what the Collector had done to him before killing him. It is revealed that the Collector is the son of a man who killed all other members of his family, performed taxidermy on them, and ate Thanksgiving dinner with the corpses, supposedly explaining the trauma that led to the Collector.

Silent House is a 2011 American independent film of the horror genre; the film was directed by Chris Kentis and Laura Lau(the pair also created the 2003 horror film, Open Water). The plot focuses on a young woman who is terrorized in her family vacation home while cleaning up the property with her father and uncle. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2011 and was released in United States (US) theaters on March 9, 2012.

The film is a remake of the 2010 Uruguayan film, La casa muda (The Silent House), which was allegedly based on an actual incident that occurred in a village in Uruguay in the 1940s. The film is notable for its use of "real time" footage and the manufactured appearance of a single continuous shot, similar to Alfred Hitchcock's Rope (1948).

Plot of Silent House (2011)

A young woman named Sarah is staying at a dilapidated Victorian house in the countryside with her father and her uncle, helping them fix it up. Due to petty fighting between Sarah's uncle and her father, her uncle decides to take a break from working and drives into town to get tools. While her father works upstairs, there is a knock on the door and Sarah answers it, meeting a young woman named Sophia who claims to be one of Sarah's childhood friends, though Sarah does not remember her. The two plan to meet again later.

Soon after, Sarah hears strange noises upstairs and immediately notifies her father. He is not worried, but goes to check, finding nothing. Sarah calms down, but soon hears the sound of her father falling down the stairs. Panicked, she tries to leave the house but all exits are locked or boarded up, and she hides from an unknown perpetrator who attempts to grab hold of her under a table. Sarah searches for her father and finds him unconscious with a head wound. She runs to the basement in search of the cellar door leading outside, and finds a bed and other human necessities, evidence that someone else has been living there, possibly squatters. She sees a figure shining a light in the basement to find her but she escapes out the cellar door.

Outside, she meets her uncle, who has returned, and sees a young girl on the side of the road who disappears before her eyes. Her uncle insists on driving them back to the house to rescue her father, despite Sarah's plea that they should both go get help. They discover her father's body to be missing, and find a generator lamp running on the third floor of the house in a pool room. While searching the pool room, the generator kicks off; the only source of light available is a polaroid camera's flash.

Through a series of intermittent camera flashes, Sarah sees the young girl and an unidentified man in the room. The power returns to reveal that her uncle is missing. She hides under the pool table while two men take pictures, presumably pedophilic in nature, of an unseen girl on the top of the table. Sarah then sees one of the men dragging her uncle's body toward the staircase. She attempts unsuccessfully to shoot one of the men with her uncle's gun.
Sarah returns to her room to hide, and begins to exhibit signs of paranoia and psychosis. She has hallucinations that depict traumatic childhood events, including a blood stain appearing on her bed, a young girl in the bathtub with beer bottles and bloody water, and a toilet spewing blood. These vivid hallucinations frighten Sarah, and she runs downstairs.

In the foyer, she is confronted by Sophia, and finds her now conscious father wrapped in plastic, sitting up in the living room. Sophia shows Sarah a box containing pedophilic pictures of Sarah as a little girl, implying that her father sexually abused and photographed her. Sarah is then shown dragging her unconscious uncle into the living room. Sophia vanishes, and Sarah's father convinces her to untie him, at which point he slaps her and whips her with his belt. Her uncle then regains consciousness and tries to stop her father, who mocks his brother's pleas. As his back is turned, Sarah bludgeons his head with a sledgehammer. Her uncle begs for mercy and tells her he should have stopped the rape and abuse that went on at the hands of her father. Sarah leaves him and walks outside silently, and the film cuts to black.

It is the fourth film in the Paranormal Activity film series, and a sequel to Paranormal Activity 2, set several years later.

Plot of Paranormal Activity 4 (2012)
The beginning shows the Ending of Paranormal Activity 2 with Katie taking Hunter. A cutscene appears stating that Katie and Hunter's whereabouts remain unknown. In 2011, Alex (Kathryn Newton) films her younger brother Wyatt's soccer match. At Alex's house, she shows her boyfriend Ben (Matt Shively) the treehouse in the garden. Here they discover Robbie, the neighbor's child. Puzzled as to why he is there, she takes him back to his own house across the street. In the early hours of the next morning, Alex hears an ambulance outside at Robbie's house. That day, Robbie turns up at the house after Alex's mom Holly (Alexondra Lee) offered to look after him for a few days, while Robbie's mother is admitted to hospital. Later on, Alex finds Wyatt and Robbie in her treehouse talking to Robbie's invisible friend.

In the evening Wyatt plays multi-player on the Kinect by himself, while Robbie sits on the sofa. Ben asks who Wyatt is playing with and Robbie answers that it's the invisible friend from the tree house. Ben turns the lights off and shows Wyatt the infra-red tracking dots. As Alex, Ben and Wyatt dance in the dark, Robbie sits on the sofa, where the camera detects an unknown figure moving next to him.

The next day Ben reveals to Alex that his computer automatically records their webcam chats, and in the middle of the night while Alex was sleeping, Robbie came in and slept next to her. Baffled by his odd behavior, Ben offers to install laptops around the house to record any other strange occurrences. Over the next couple of days, the computer records strange events around the house, including Robbie waking up in the middle of the night to talk to the TV, and Robbie and Wyatt chasing the silhouette of a small child figure throughout the house. Robbie draws a strange symbol on Wyatt's back, which Alex later finds to be part of an old cult (first appeared in Paranormal Activity 3).

Late one night Alex notices several black cars outside Robbie's house across the street; upon investigating, she discovers several women in black garb entering the house. She is confronted by one of these women and flees the scene. The next day Alex is home alone, and after hearing noises, follows them to the hallway, where the chandelier falls from the ceiling and smashes into the floor, almost striking her. Although her father Doug (Stephen Dunham) blames the light fitters, Alex is suspicious of Robbie.

The following day, Alex sees Robbie and Wyatt entering Robbie's house across the street. Alex follows them to discover that Robbie's mother Katie (Katie Featherston) is actually home, and shows no sign of illness. Wyatt tells Alex that Katie told him he was adopted, like Robbie. Alex questions her parents about Wyatt's real parents but they refuse to say anything. Later that night, Wyatt begins talking to an invisible figure, insisting that his name isn't Hunter. During this conversation a figure approaches him, but is interrupted when Doug enters the room.

One night during Wyatt's bath, Holly leaves the room to answer the phone, leaving Wyatt in the tub. He is violently pulled underwater by an unseen force, where he remains for a long time. He reemerges moments later, but is unnaturally calm and sedate, thereafter referring to himself as Hunter. That night, he appears in Alex's room, where she levitates off the bed while sleeping.

Two female vampires in modern-day New York City are faced with daunting romantic possibilities.
Vamps is a horror-comedy film that reunites Clueless director Amy Heckerling with actors Alicia Silverstone and Wallace Shawn and is set to be released November 2, 2012.

Plot of Vamps (2012)

The film centers around Stacy and Goody (Krysten Ritter and Alicia Silverstone), two socialite vampires living a good life in New York City. Goody was turned in 1841 by vampire queen Ciccerus (Sigourney Weaver). She struggled with her life as a vampire until Stacy was turned sometime during the 1990's. Goody was able to teach Stacy how to use her new abilities, like sustaining themselves on rat blood, but keeps her actual age a secret because she's afraid of being viewed as old. While at a vampire meeting, Stacy explains how she struggled with drug addiction as a human, but was now happy since being a vampire gave her a second-chance. Goody also discovers that if their maker or "stem" Ciccerus is ever killed, they would revert back to their human ages. Stacy then meets a young man named Joey (Dan Stevens) in her night class. She finds out that Joey's last name is Van Helsing, but believes it may just be a coincidence. It turns out though that Joey's father (Wallace Shawn) is a vampire hunter who works for the department of homeland security. Despite this, she decides to pursue the relationship. While working as an exterminator in a hospital, Goody runs into her ex-boyfriend Danny (Richard Lewis), an anti-war protester whom she dated during the sixties. Danny tries to run after her, but gives up and goes back to his wife's room. Goody explains to Stacy that Danny was the last man she fell in love with, but that she had to end the relationship because of her "condition". When Danny tracks her down, she tells him that Goody was her mother, and that she has recently past away. Goody and Danny continue to see each other, which leads to him discovery the truth. Goody explains to him that she could have stayed with him longer, but felt that he would have missed his chance at finding someone. Their lives become even more complicated when Ciccerus attacks an entire Chinese restaurant full of people. They manage to bring one man to the hospital before sunrise, but Mr. Van Helsing finds out about it. Stacy also starts vomiting every time she wakes up, and Goody is told by Vlad that Stacy is pregnant.

There, Vincent reveals that he is cult leader Claudia Wolf's (Carrie-Anne Moss) son, sent to bring Heather to the cult, but he is unwilling to because she is the good half of Alessa. The town transforms into the nightmare dimension, and Vincent informs Heather that she is the one responsible for altering the reality and directs Heather to Claudia's father Leonard Wolf, who is locked in an asylum. Vincent is grabbed by a monster and Heather is knocked unconscious.

She wakes up in the ash-shrouded Silent Hill and meets Alessa’s mother Dahlia (Deborah Kara Unger). Detention (2011) Best Recreation Movie For You Download Online

As a killer named Cinderhella stalks the student body at the high school in Grizzly Lake, a group of co-eds band together to survive while they're all serving detention.

Detention is a 2012 American comedy-horror film directed by Joseph Kahn, and co-written with Mark Palermo. The film premiered March 2011 in Austin, Texas at SXSW. Detention stars Josh Hutcherson, Dane Cook, Spencer Locke, Shanley Caswell, Walter Perez, Organik and Erica Shaffer. Produced by Richard Weager and MaryAnne Tanedo.

Plot of Detention (2011)

The film opens with Taylor Fisher, the most popular girl in Grizzly Lake, waking up and telling the audience about her 'guide to not being a total reject' while screaming at her family. As she is about to leave for school, she is brutally murdered by someone dressed as Cinderhella, the serial killer from a fictional horror film series Taylor mentions. The scene shifts to Riley Jones, a cynical outcast, who has a broken leg and a poster above her bed of the only person she considers to be a bigger loser than herself - a girl who performed oral sex on the stuffed grizzly bear school mascot in 1992. She makes an attempt on her life with a pill overdose, before hearing a song she loves on the radio and nearly missing the bus. She is forced to walk, and on the way is robbed of her iPod by an unnamed hipster. She arrives late to school where the audience is introduced to Clapton Davis, a slacker hipster liked by virtually everyone who Riley has a crush on, Ione Foster, the cheerleader former best friend of Riley and current girlfriend of Clapton, Sander Sanderson, Clapton's friend who openly makes attempts to have sex with Riley, and Billy Nolan, the school jock and ex-boyfriend of Ione, who is still obsessed with her. Billy challenges Clapton to a fight after school for the right to date Ione. Later, as Clapton accidentally sets off the indoor sprinker system he has a flashback to one week earlier - Principal Verge, who strongly dislikes Clapton for his care-free attitude, informs him that unless he can get an A or save the world by prom, he will not graduate. Since Taylor is absent (due to being murdered), Ione is assigned as head cheerleader for the playoff game and Riley as the school mascot. Riley loses a debate on the ethics of eating meat to Canadian exchange student Gord, who beats her with claims that humans will lose their place in the food chain but that it is only right to eat baby animals. In the cafeteria, Sander attempts to comfort her by telling her 'at least you're not the girl who fucked the bear', but she is unconvinced. Riley attempts to hang herself in front of the school's stuffed grizzly bear, but again changes her mind, as she tries to get down, she is attacked by Cinderhella with an axe and almost strangled, but she is saved when the bell rings and Cinderhella flees
While Billy and Clapton's fight is about to start, the police arrive to inform the students of Taylor's murder. Riley tries to convince the police of her attack, but they do not believe her. At home, Riley is again attacked and manages to escape by running through her neighbours backyards and falling into a pool. The police arrive but still remain skeptical due to the similarities of her attacker to both of the movies Cinderhella and Scream. Clapton arrives to comfort her and invites Riley to see Cinderhella 2, with Ione. They are almost kicked out for arguing and taking pictures, and afterwards, Ione, with Sander and Clapton present, reasons that she is more likely to be murdered by Cinderhella than Riley because of her popularity and financial class. This results in a food fight and a flashback to six months before, where Ione is seen encouraging Riley to ask Clapton out, and the one to a month previously, where Ione ignores Rileys feelings for Clapton and makes clear her intentions to pursue him.
During the football game, Billy's hand oozes a white slime that causes the ball to stick to his hand. He crashes into Riley, who sees the ooze as well as Billy vomiting acid. In the locker room, Billy confesses to Riley that he is part fly. He explains that as a child he found a meteor that, when he touched it, deformed his right hand. His father, not wanting people to know his son was "a freak", placed a T.V. set on it to cover it up. He suffered much ridicule until recently when he removed it to find his hand healed. However, he began to exhibit fly like symptoms, including growing wings, incredible strength and vomiting acid. Afterwards, at a "costume party" hosted at Sander's house, where only Sander and Riley dress up (Sander as Jean-Luc Picard, Riley as Angela Chase), Riley gets very drunk after seeing Clapton kissing Ione and begins to make out with Sander in an attempt to make Clapton jealous. He gets his hand caught in her overalls while groping her, and her breast pops out. The whole event is being recorded, and posted online, by an onlooker. Billy calls out for Clapton to fight him, but Ione berates and humiliates him by saying that his semen glows in the dark. Angered, he goes to an upstairs bedroom as he begins to exhibit fly mutations. Cinderhella attacks him from behind and dismembers him with an ax. Because of the murders as well as Riley's "snuff porno", Principal Verge makes all of the students who he believes to be suspects attend Saturday detention, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on the same night as prom. Clapton, Ione, Riley, and Sander are joined by Mimi, the local goth, Toshiba, the "smartest or weirdest kid in school" who has a crush on Mimi, Gord, and Toby T, a loner who rarely says anything.

Five friends go for a break at a remote cabin in the woods, where they get more than they bargained for. Together, they must discover the truth behind the cabin in the woods.

The Cabin in the Woodsis a 2012 American horror film directed and co-written by Drew Goddard and co-written and produced by Joss Whedon. It stars Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, and Jesse Williams. Goddard and Whedon, having worked together previously on Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel, wrote the screenplay in three days,[6] describing it as an attempt to "revitalize" the slasher film genre and a critical satire on torture porn. Filming took place from March to May 2009 on an estimated budget of $30 million, and was shot in Canada. More than 60 artists worked on the effects before filming began.

The Cabin in the Woods premiered on March 9, 2012 at the South by Southwest film festival in Austin, Texas and was released in the United States on April 13, 2012. The film gained mostly positive reviews and grossed over $65 million worldwide.

Plot of The Cabin in the Woods (2011)

Technicians Gary Sitterson and Steve Hadley prepare for an operation, one of several taking place around the world, while joking with fellow technician Wendy Lin.

College students Dana Polk, Jules Louden and her boyfriend Curt Vaughan, Holden McCrea, and Marty Mikalski go to a remote cabin in the woods for a vacation. While there, the technicians control the local environment and give them mood-altering drugs to manipulate the group into following a scenario. The drugs gradually reduce the group's intelligence and awareness, and also increase their libido. After entering the cellar, the group discovers a large assortment of items, including a diary by Patience Buckner, a girl abused by her sadistic family. Reciting an incantation from the diary, Dana inadvertently triggers the Buckner family scenario — a family of zombies who rise from their graves.

Curt and Jules go outside to have sex, encouraged by more mood-altering drugs. The Buckners attack the lovers and kill Jules, but Curt flees to the cabin. Meanwhile, Marty, who frequently smokes marijuana, becomes paranoid and believes they are being manipulated. Curt informs the group of Jules' death. Discovering a hidden camera, Marty thinks that he is on a reality television show, but is attacked and dragged away by one of the Buckners. Holden, Dana, and Curt attempt to flee in their RV, but the technicians barely block their path. Curt attempts to jump a ravine to flee only to crash into an invisible forcefield and fall to his death. Realizing that something is unusual about the environment, Dana becomes convinced that Marty's worries about their manipulation were correct. While driving back to the cabin, Holden is killed by a Buckner who hid in the RV. The RV falls into the lake and Dana swims away, only to be attacked by a Buckner on the dock.

The technicians celebrate the completion of the ritual, but a phone call from "downstairs" informs them that Marty is still alive. Arriving at the dock, Marty saves Dana. Marty reveals that he dismembered his assailant after being dragged away, stumbled upon a control box hidden in the Buckners' graves, and was able to access an underground elevator. The technicians realize that Marty is immune to their drugs because of his marijuana habit. Marty and Dana take the elevator down to the lower levels of the facility, passing a variety of imprisoned monsters. Some of the monsters remind Dana of items from the cabin's cellar, and she realizes that the items determine which monster will be released. When Dana and Marty are cornered by a security team, Dana uses a control station to release the monsters, who massacre the facility staff, including Hadley and Lin. Sitterson is inadvertently stabbed by Dana while fleeing into the lower levels of the facility.

It is the fourth film in the Paranormal Activity film series and a sequel to Paranormal Activity 2, set several years later.

Plot of Paranormal Activity 4 (2012)

The film takes place five years after Paranormal Activity 2, which ended with Katie abducting baby Hunter. Alex (Kathryn Newton) films her younger brother Wyatt's football match. At Alex's house her boyfriend Ben (Matt Shively) arrives later in the evening Alex shows Ben her treehouse in the garden and they discover Robbie, the neighbours child in the tree house. Puzzled with why he is here she takes him back to his own house across the road. In the early house of the next morning Alex hears an ambulance outside at Robbie's house. The next day Robbie turns up to the house after Alex's mom offered to look after him for a few days because his mother went into hospital. Later on the day Alex finds Wyatt and Robbie in her treehouse talking to Robbie's invisible friend. In the evening Wyatt is playing multi-player on the Kinect by himself with Robbie sat on the sofa. Ben asks who Wyatt is playing with and Robbie tells him its his friend. Ben is confused at how Wyatt is playing with no one but the game continues to play. When Alex arrives in the lounge Ben turns the lights off in the lounge and shows Wyatt through the camera the infra-red tracking dots who is impressed. As Alex, Ben and Wyatt dance in the dark and Robbie sits on the sofa, the camera picks up something moving on the sofa next to Robbie. The next day Ben shows Alex that his computer automatically records their webcam chats and in the middle of the night while Alex was sleeping, Robbie came in and slept next to her. He suggests that he can set up laptops around the house to record anything else that is unusual. Over the next couple of days strange occurrences happen around the house, such as Robbie waking up in the middle of the night and talking to the TV, Robbie and Wyatt running around the house in the early hours of the morning chasing a silhouette of a small child figure. Robbie draws a strange symbol on Wyatt's back which Alex later finds to be part of an old cult (and which first appeared in Paranormal Activity 3). When alone in the house Alex hears noises and follows them to the hallway where the chandelier falls down from the ceiling and smashes into the floor. Her father later blames this on the people who fit the lights, but Alex is suspicious of Robbie. The next day she sees from her bedroom window that Robbie and Wyatt have ran across to his house. Alex follows them to discover that Robbie's mother is actually home, who is Katie (Katie Featherston). After Alex takes Wyatt back home he tells her that Katie told him he was adopted like Robbie. Alex questions her parents about Wyatt's real parents but they refuse to say anything. Wyatt later on then talks to an invisible figure, we only hear Wyatt's responses but Wyatt says that his name isn't Hunter. Later, while he is taking a bath, Wyatt is dragged underwater only to resurface with a blank expression on his face. He then insists that his name is Hunter, not Wyatt. At several points, Katie sneaks into the house to talk to Hunter, telling him she'll be with him until he's "ready." Alex's parents go out for the evening and after hearing strange noises in the house the garage door opens. She enters the garage only for the door to suddenly shut and the car to start up, which produces gases in the garage. To escape from suffocating Alex breaks into the car and reverses out of the garage. In the evening Wyatt appears in Katie's room and Alex is picked up into the air. The next day when Alex's mother is downstairs alone in the house and starts to hear strange noises. Katie appears in the house and heads unknowingly to Alex's mother upstairs. When Alex's mother enters the lounge she stands still as something breaths over her. Straight after wards an unseen entity suddenly picks her up and throws her around before dropping her with a final smack onto the floor, killing her instantly. Katie comes back downstairs and drags her body off screen. Some time later Ben arrives at the house to discover no one is home. In Alex's bedroom he goes to view the footage recorded on her laptop before Katie appears behind him and snaps his neck and drags his body into her cupboard. Katie finds Wyatt in the house and tells him that he is Hunter.

A film student who is obsessed with the movie Grave Encounters sets out with his friends to visit the psychiatric hospital depicted in the original film.

Grave Encounters 2 is a 2012 Canadian-American horror film, directed by John Poliquin, written by The Vicious Brothers and the sequel to the 2011 film Grave Encounters. It is shot in found footage style like its predecessor and follows a group of devoted fans who break into the same psychiatric hospital to investigate whether the events of the previous film actually happened, quickly becoming the targets of the hospital's malevolent entities. The film was released on iTunes and Netflix on October 2, 2012 and will receive a limited theatrical release on October 12, 2012.

Synopsis of Grave Encounters 2 (2012)

The film starts with clips from YouTube videos of people giving reviews of the previous film Grave Encounters, emphasizing how scary the film is. The last clip is of vlogger Alex Wright, who gives a negative review.
A film student, Trevor Thompson, is at a Hallowe’en party and films the action. His roommate and fellow classmate, Alex, later joins him, proclaiming dreams of being the best director ever. The following morning, after recovering from a hangover, Alex finds he has received a video response from “Deathawaits6” an online film review he has written. It is of Sean Rogerson (stage name Lance Preston) from Grave Encounters, wearing a hospital gown and looking confused.

They film scenes with other classmates for a horror film but Alex isn’t satisfied with it. Deathawaits6 sends geographical coordinates to Alex, pinpointing the location of a mental hospital in Vancouver, Canada, the same one from Grave Encounters. His friends insist that the films are not real, but he vlogs again, asking for help to get in contact with the directors and actors of the film.

He is sent a picture of Sean Rogerson with his mother and a phone number. He arranges to meet with Sean via his mother and drives Trevor and classmate Jared Lee to Mrs Rogerson’s house in Washington. She tells them that Sean is currently filming Grave Encounters, but they see that his room hasn’t been lived in for a long while, despite being told that he lives here. They are startled by her caretaker who forces them out. The caretaker reveals that the mother has dementia and lives in the past. He vlogs again to vent his frustration, and the camera distorts his face to resemble a demonic face and the camera blacks out.

When his camera returns to normal, the printer mysteriously prints our contact details of Jerry Hartfield, the producer of the original Grave Encounters series. He flies to L.A. where Jerry is filming a music video. Hartfield reacts badly when Alex approaches him and gets security guards to throw him out, but he later meets Alex to arrange a meeting, without the camera, the following day.

Alex conceals a camera in his shirt. In the meeting, Jerry tells him that the footage is genuine and he bribed the families of the Grave Encounters crew to sign a non-disclosure agreement. He has interns to pretend to be the directors so he doesn’t have to face the press. Alex shows this footage to his friends and they agree to go to the mental hospital in Vancouver where they will meet Deathawaits6 inside.

Alex drives Trevor, Jared, and classmates Jennifer Parker and Tessa Hamill, to Vancouver and as they park outside the mental hospital, a police officer arrives to tell them they cannot enter nor film there. They arrive at their hotel and Deathawaits6 emails Alex to meet him in the hospital at 3am.
They manage to enter the hospital this time, seeing the words “Death Awaits” spray-painted on the door like in the original film, and place camera in respective positions. They start to film a documentary about the film for their project until they reach the place where Deathawaits6 would meet them, and they find a Ouija board drawn onto a table. The talk to a spirit known as Death Awaits who tells them to film everything and throws the furniture to the walls.

A police officer finds them and as he is about to arrest them, they hear noises. The officer climbs up the stairs to investigate and the crew hear gunshots. The crew go up to find his flashlights and bullets on the floor. Panicked, the crew decide to split into 2 groups to gather the cameras. Jared sees a window open by itself just like in the film and calls Tessa over, but is defenestrated by a mysterious force.

Looking for the exit, they come across a sweet girl in a hospital gown before she pulls a demonic face and chases them. After trapping her, Tessa is trapped on the other side of a wall that has suddenly materialised. Doors throw themselves open throughout a hallway and she is killed and dragged away by a invisible force.

The rest of the crew find the police officer fastened to a bed being administered shock therapy. Alex disconnects the machine but the officer ignites before they free him. They try to escape through a window but a demonic figure climbs through the window and chases them. They manage to exit the hospital and the figure explodes.

They drive back to the hotel to collect their things. When they exit the elevator, they appear in the basement of the hospital. A straggly-haired, deranged man appears and guides them through the vents to where he lives. Alex recognises him as Lance Preston/Sean Rogerson from the original film, who has been trapped for 9 years. Sean guides them to a red freestanding door, chained up both ways, believed to be the way out. Sean uses a map he made to guide them through the hospital to find the bag with the bolt cutters that they used to enter the hospital.

Sinister (2012) latest supernatural horror movie free download

Found footage helps a true-crime novelist realize how and why a family was murdered in his new home, though his discoveries put his entire family in the path of a supernatural entity.

Sinisteris a 2012 supernatural horror film directed by Scott Derrickson and written by Derrickson and C. Robert Cargill. It follows true-crime writer Ellison (Ethan Hawke) as he discovers a box of home movies that put his family in danger. The film employs "found footage" along with traditional cinematography. Premiered at the SXSW festival, Sinister was released in the United States on October 12, 2012.

Plot of Sinister (2012)

The film opens on Super 8 footage where a family of four are standing under a tree with bags over their heads and nooses around their necks. The family is lifted by their necks and strangled until they are dead.

Months later, true-crime novelist Ellison Oswalt (Ethan Hawke) moves into the same house as the murdered family with his wife, Tracy (Juliet Rylance), and their two children Ashley (Clare Foley) and Trevor (Michael Hall D'Addario). Ellison uses the murders as the basis for his new book. Supposedly, there were five members in the family, and one of the children went missing after the murders.

Ellison finds a box in the attic, which contains a projector and several reels of Super 8 footage that are each labeled as if innocent home movies. He watches the films, all depicting families murdered in various ways, including having their throats slit in bed (Sleepy Time), an arson (BBQ), being drowned in their pool (Pool Party), and the hanging that opened the movie (Hanging Out). The drowning one proves especially disturbing for him, as he sees a dark figure with a demonic face. Upon seeing this figure, strange things begin happening around the house. Ellison continues to observe the films, and discovers strange things in them, such as a strange symbol painted near the murders, and the demonic figure, which begins to show up in every film. He calls a deputy (James Ransone) to help him find the location of these murders. After going through the images, the deputy refers him to a religion/cult college professor, Jonas (Vincent D'Onofrio), to decipher the symbol in the films. Jonas tells Ellison that the symbol is that of a Pagan deity named Bagul, who was known as an eater of children's souls. One night, Ellison hears the film projector running and goes up to the attic. He finds five children (all of whom were the missing from each family after they were murdered) watching one of the films. When Bagul suddenly appears in front of him, Ellison falls from the attic. Having had enough, he burns the projector and the film and moves out with his family. Upon returning to their old house, he goes into the attic and finds the box containing the projector and film, completely unharmed. However, there is a new item inside: an envelope with "extended endings." Within that, Ellison finds that after each murder took place, the missing child would come onscreen, revealing them to be the murderers, and then disappear.

Professor Jonas tells Ellison that Bagul would supposedly appear in images, which acted as portals between his realm and the mortal realm. The deputy explains to Ellison that he discovered a chain in the murders. Each of the families that were murdered lived in a house where a murder took place before they moved to another house where the next murder would happen and so on. After learning that Ellison and his family moved, the deputy tells him that he's only continuing the chain by moving to a different house. Ellison suddenly finds glowing green liquid inside his coffee, along with a note from his daughter, and loses consciousness.

Upon waking, he finds himself, his wife and son bound and gagged. Ashley walks in, carrying an axe and a Super 8 camera. She then documents the grisly murders of her father, mother, and brother, and paints the walls in their blood, with several childish images such as unicorns, cats and dogs . She then goes to the projector and plays the film she just took, revealing the children in the hallway. Upon Bagul's appearance, the children run away. Bagul picks up Ashley and walks into the film with her.

The final shot shows the box of film in the attic of the Oswalt house, this time with a new canister that reads "House painting '12".

ATM (2012) Latest Film Download Free

ATM is a horror film directed by David Brooks and starring Brian Geraghty, Alice Eve, and Josh Peck.

Plot of ATM (2012)

The film opens with an unknown man drawing and organizing diagrams to the song Silent Night. He picks up his parka coat and leaves.

While attending a Christmas party, David (Brian Geraghty) offers to drive his co-worker, Emily (Alice Eve), home. Reluctantly, he allows his friend Corey (Josh Peck) to accompany them. On the car ride, Corey asks David to pull up at a local ATM. Corey and David enter the ATM to withdraw money, and shortly after, Emily joins them. When the three are about to leave, they turn to see a hooded figure lurking outside. While Corey suggests they return to the car, Emily and David are reluctant, believing the figure to be a robber. Although they are scared, they realize the figure cannot get in without an ATM card. The hooded figure murders a local man walking his dog, prompting the three to call the police, only to realize they had left their cellphones in the car. While the three are panicking inside, the hooded figure cuts off the heater in the ATM booth, effectively making it colder. David decides to reason with the hooded figure, and attempts to give him 500 dollars, valuable earrings and a watch in return for their safety. While giving the money to the hooded figure, he runs back to the car, attempting to grab Emily's phone to alert the police. He is chased to the car, gets the phone and realizes the wires have been cut preventing the car from being driven. The hooded figure then attacks him by smashing out the passenger's side window. He escapes the car and is chased back to the ATM booth, unharmed, but drops the cellphone along the way. Emily uses her lipstick to write "HELP" on the ATM booth's window.

As the three begin to freeze, a security guard sees the sign and goes to investigate, but is beaten to death by the hooded figure in the process, leaving them hopeless. Another man with a similar coat to the killer enters the ATM, but Corey and David manage to kill him by strangling him. They later realize that the man was innocent and was only going to work. Corey grows angry and tired and attempts to leave the ATM booth, but is caught and stabbed by the hooded figure. After several more hours freezing in the ATM booth, David and Emily realize Corey is still alive. They both run outside, grab him, and manage to return to the ATM booth before the hooded figure gets to them. While David and Emily attempt to stifle Corey's bleeding wound, the hooded figure begins to fill the ATM booth with cold water, attempting to freeze them to death. Corey eventually dies of blood loss and hypothermia. David and Emily concoct a plan to trigger the fire alarm to send for help. Emily climbs on David's shoulders and manages to get a flame close enough to the fire alarm and is successful, but David slips and Emily falls, smashing her head and dies. Angered, David attempts to throw a flaming bottle of vodka at the hooded killer, only to realize that it is not the killer, but the body of the killed security guard. The police arrives and David is arrested.

While David is being driven away, he sees several figures in similar parkas as the killer, still unsure of who the masked madman could be. The police find a video tape recording the events within the ATM, but it is made obvious that the killer had planned his actions so as not to appear in the footage, effectively framing David for the killer's crime. In the final scene of the film, the hooded figure, still unknown, returns to his headquarters, where he begins to map out similar attacks on a mini-mart.

Chernobyl Diaries (2012) Horror Movie Free Download

Chernobyl Diaries is a 2012 American horror film which stars Jesse McCartney, Jonathan Sadowski, Devin Kelley, Olivia Taylor Dudley, Nathan Phillips, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, and Dimitri Diatchenko. The film, which was co-produced and directed by Bradley Parker (as well as being produced by Oren Peli), uses the real-life 1986 Chernobyl disaster for its backdrop. It was shot on location in Hungary and Serbia.

Plot of Chernobyl Diaries (2012)

A group of young adults, Chris (Jesse McCartney), his girlfriend Natalie (Olivia Taylor Dudley), and their mutual friend Amanda (Devin Kelley), are traveling across Europe. They stop in Kiev, Ukraine, to visit Chris's brother, Paul (Jonathan Sadowski), before heading on to Moscow where Chris intends to propose to Natalie.

After a night on the town, Paul suggests that they go on an "extreme tour" of the abandoned town of Prypiat which sits in the shadow of Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant, site of the infamous disaster, since the city is only 100 km from Kiev. They are joined by a backpacking couple, Norwegian Zoe (Ingrid Bolso Berdal) and Australian Michael (Nathan Phillips). The group arrives at the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone checkpoint, in which they are banned by the Ukrainian military but their tour guide, Yuri (Dimitri Diatchenko), takes them in through an unmanned, forested checkpoint, entering the Zone.

On the way they stop at a river where they discover a large, mutated fish with large teeth dead at the side of the river. As the group returns to the van, a number of similar fish are seen below the murky water attacking a piece of beef jerky Yuri threw earlier on. They spend a few hours exploring the abandoned city, which was home to Chernobyl workers and their families before they were forced to evacuate overnight. When Yuri takes them into an apartment building, he hears a noise. When he slowly goes to investigate, a bear comes out from an adjacent room and runs away. Frightened, the group leaves the building. Yuri comments on the incident, telling the group he has been coming to Chernobyl for five years and has always seen a dog or wolves but never a bear.

As the group prepares to leave, Yuri finds the wires in his van have been chewed through and tries to radio for help to no avail. As night falls, the group begins arguing and affixing blame. Noises are heard outside and Yuri goes out with a flashlight and a gun, accompanied by Chris. Shots are heard and Paul runs out to investigate, only to return with Chris whose leg has been severely mauled, seemingly by dogs who attack the van.

The next morning, Paul, Michael, and Amanda go out looking for Yuri who, according to Chris, was taken by "them". They follow a trail of blood to find Yuri's mutilated body in an underground complex. They take his gun and Geiger counter and barely escape a group of mutant creatures. They return to the van, planning to hike to the nearest checkpoint but Chris cannot move his leg. Chris and Natalie stay behind while the others go to get help.

The group comes across abandoned vehicles in a parking lot and find a bus with bullet holes exiting from inside it. In the bus they find broken guns, a bloody guard uniform, and a flash light. Michael finds replacement wires for the van, so they head back toward their vehicle. After being chased by dogs, they reach the van by nightfall and find it ripped apart and flipped over. Natalie's camera video reveals she and Chris were taken by the mutants.
