Rise of the Guardians (2012)Movie to Download Properly

Rise of the Guardians is a 2012 American 3D computer-animated fantasy-adventure film based on William Joyce's The Guardians of Childhood book series and The Man in the Moon short film by Joyce and Reel FX. Peter Ramsey directed the film, while Joyce and Guillermo del Toro exec-produced. Produced by DreamWorks Animation and distributed by Paramount Pictures, it was released on November 21, 2012 to generally positive critical reception.

Set about 300 years after the book series, the film tells a story about the Guardians (North or Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, Bunnymund or the Easter Bunny, and the Sandman), who enlist Jack Frost to stop Pitch from engulfing the world in darkness. It features the voices of Chris Pine, Alec Baldwin, Hugh Jackman, Isla Fisher and Jude Law.

Plot of Rise of the Guardians (2012)

Jack Frost, narrating, describes how he came to be, hundreds of years ago. In the present, he creates a snow day for a small town's children. At the North Pole, Santa Claus a.k.a. North is alerted that Pitch Black, the Bogeyman, has returned and is threatening childhood with fear. After summoning his fellow Guardians, the Tooth Fairy (Tooth), the Easter Bunny (E. Aster Bunnymund) and the Sandman, North learns from Man in the Moon that they are to induct Jack Frost as their newest member. The Easter Bunny, although reluctant to include this mischievous trickster, dutifully brings Jack to North's headquarters and they attempt to swear him in. Jack, frustrated by centuries of isolation caused by disbelief in him, declines to join. Regardless, North persuades him to cooperate for now by explaining their mission and the looming threat of Pitch.

When the team travels to Tooth's lair, they find it being raided by Pitch's minions, who have taken all the children's teeth, and the childhood memories stored in them, and all but one of Tooth's assistants. Pitch declares his intention to destroy children's faith in the Guardians in revenge for his own unbelieved state, beginning with Tooth. To avert this, the Guardians perform her teeth-collection themselves for the interim, with a promise to find Jack's teeth to recover his previous life's memories.

While the collection proves successful, they are discovered by a young boy, Jamie, in his room, although Jack is still invisible. Pitch learns of the Guardians' resistance and moves to stop them. To do so, Pitch attacks Jack and the Sandman when they are alone, and despite Jack's efforts to support his comrade, the Sandman is overwhelmed and seemingly destroyed.

The dejected Guardians rally by helping Bunnymund prepare his eggs for Easter. Although slightly complicated by the intrusion of Jamie's toddler sister, Sophie, in Bunnymund's domain, the operation goes smoothly through to the distribution stage. At this point, Jack volunteers to take Sophie home, and soon discovers the entrance to Pitch's headquarters, where Tooth's assistants and the teeth are being held. Pitch discovers him and urges him to step aside as a neutral party with the promise of his teeth's memories. Jack will not, and Pitch's machinations then ruin the Easter-egg distribution, shattering children's faith in the Easter Bunny.

The Guardians' team spirit broken, a despondent Jack departs in disgrace to Antarctica. There, Pitch finds him and tempts him to join forces in an alliance of cold and fear, but Jack refuses. In response, Pitch reveals he has Tooth's last free assistant, Baby-Tooth, and threatens to kill her unless Jack relinquishes the source of his power, his staff. Jack submits, but Pitch reneges and the resulting fight leaves Jack trapped in a crevasse with Baby-tooth while Pitch breaks his staff. To counter Jack's despair, Baby-Tooth unlocks Jack's memories, which reveal he was a mortal boy who died saving his sister, and was changed into a winter spirit by the Man in the Moon because of that heroism.

Inspired at this revelation, Jack is able to restore his staff and his power and return to North's besieged workshop, where the Guardians and Pitch learn there is only one believing child left in the world: Jamie. Jack races to the boy and not only confirms Jamie's faith in the Guardians, but also instills a belief in Jack Frost, enabling Jamie to see him. The diminished Guardians arrive to join him as they confront Pitch, while Jamie gathers his friends to support them. Pitch's seemingly overwhelming power of nightmare proves no match against the children's faith, which restores the Guardians' full power to battle the villain. Eventually, Sandman is resurrected and joins the fight leaving Pitch defeated and children's faith restored.

At this victory, Jack is finally sworn in as a Guardian and resolves to protect the world's children with his new friends.

Download Animated Comedy Movie The Lorax (2012) Full Free

The Lorax is a 2012 American computer-animated 3D musical comedy film based on Dr. Seuss' children's book of the same name. It was produced by Illumination Entertainment and was released by Universal Pictures on March 2, 2012, the 108th birthday of Seuss, and was the first Universal Pictures film to have the 100th Anniversary logo.

It is the second adaptation of the book, after the 1972 animated musical television special. It builds on the book by expanding the story of Ted, the boy who visits the Once-ler and was unnamed in the book and television special. The main cast includes Danny DeVito as the Lorax, Zac Efron as Ted, and Ed Helms as the Once-ler. New characters introduced in the film are Audrey, who is voiced by Taylor Swift, Aloysius O'Hare, voiced by Rob Riggle, and Grammy Norma, voiced by Betty White.

Plot of The Lorax (2012)

Theodore "Ted" Wiggins, an idealistic 12-year-old boy, lives in "Thneedville", a walled city that, aside from the citizens, is completely artificial: everything is made of plastic, metal, or synthetics. Ted sets out to find a real tree in order to impress Audrey, who Ted has a crush on. His energetic grandmother suggests he speak with the Once-ler about this, if he wishes to visit him, he must pay fifteen cents, a nail and a shell of great-great-great grandfather snail. When he sets off outside the city discovers that their city has been closed off from the outside world, which is a contaminated and empty wasteland. The Once-ler agrees to tell Ted about the trees if he listens to his story over multiple visits. Ted agrees, even after the mayor of Thneedville, Aloysius O'Hare, who is also the greedy proprietor of a bottled oxygen company, confronts the boy and pressures him to stay in town. Over the course of the film, Ted, with the encouragement of his grandmother, continues to sneak out of O'Hare's sight and learns more of the history of the trees.

Over the visits, the Once-ler recounts the story of how he departed his family to make his fortune. In a lush Truffula Tree forest, he met the Lorax. He is a grumpy yet charming orange creature who served as guardian of the land. At first, the Once-ler had a plan to chop down the trees. Eventually, he promised not to chop another tree down. The young businessman's Thneed invention soon became a major success and the Once-ler's family arrived to participate in the business. Keeping his promise at first, the Once-ler continued Thneed production by harvesting the tufts themselves in a sustainable manner. Unfortunately, his greedy and lazy relatives convinced him to resume logging as a more efficient gathering method. Breaking his promise, the Once-ler's deforestation spiraled into a mass overproduction. Flush with wealth, the Once-ler rationalised his short sighted needs into arrogant self-righteousness and the helpless protests of the Lorax could not stop him. The Once-ler polluted the sky, river and landscape, until finally the last Truffula Tree fell outside, and the Once-ler realised what he had done while making the region uninhabitable with his business's pollution. With that, the Once-ler was left ruined and abandoned by his own family and became a recluse with the creation and isolation of Ted's town that came under young Mr. O'Hare's control, giving him the plan to sell fresh air with the absence of trees. Eventually, the Lorax sends the animals away to another good place before departing himself into the sky, leaving a stonecut word: "Unless".

Plot of The Pirates! Band of Misfits (2012)

The film is set in 1837. The Pirate Captain, inexpert in the ways of pirates, leads a close-knit, rag-tag group of amateur pirates who are trying to make a name for themselves on the high seas. To prove himself and his crew, the Pirate Captain enters the Pirate of the Year competition, with the winner being whoever can plunder the most. After several failed attempts to plunder mundane ships, the Pirate Captain talks with his close first mate, the Pirate with a Scarf, about giving up and selling baby clothes as a living, but is convinced to try boarding the next ship they find, which happens to be the Beagle. They find no treasure but succeed in capturing Charles Darwin. Darwin recognizes the crew's pet Polly as the last living dodo, and implores the Pirate Captain to enter it into the Scientist of the Year competition at the Royal Academy in London for a valuable prize. The Pirate Captain directs his ship to London, despite being warned of Queen Victoria's hatred for pirates.

Darwin desires to win the Scientist prize on his own in order to impress Queen Victoria, on whom he has a crush. He uses Mr. Bobo, his trained chimpanzee who was from an old theory that parodies his own theory, to try to steal Polly. The Pirate with the Scarf witnesses the kidnapping but the attempt goes awry after alerting the other pirates. Darwin avoids implicating himself much to the Pirate with the Scarf's frustration, but now the Pirate Captain insists on hiding the bird and entering the competition on his own. The display of the dodo takes the top prize: a minuscule trophy, an Encyclopedia set and an opportunity to meet the Queen. During the ceremony, the Pirate Captain accidentally reveals his pirate identity, but Darwin convinces the Queen to spare the Captain's life because he knows the location of Polly. The Queen lets the Captain go free with a full pardon, but orders Darwin to locate the dodo by any means necessary.
Darwin takes the Pirate Captain to a tavern, and the latter ultimately reveals that he had stashed Polly in his beard. Darwin and Mr. Bobo are able to capture Polly and are chased by the Captain up into the Tower of London, where the Queen is waiting. The Queen quickly dismisses Darwin and Mr. Bobo, and then offers the Pirate Captain a large amount of treasure in exchange for the bird. Soon, the Pirate Captain reunites with his crew with his newfound wealth, stating that Polly is sleeping within his beard, and sets off for the Pirate of the Year ceremony. The Pirate with a Scarf expresses doubt to the validity of the Captain's story.

At the ceremony, the Pirate Captain wins the grand prize from the Pirate King, but rival pirate Black Bellamy makes the Queen's pardon known to all pirates in attendance. The Captain is stripped of the prize, his plunder, and his pirating licensing, and on learning that he lied about Polly's fate, his crew abandons him as well. The Captain returns alone to London to sell baby clothes, but soon becomes determined to free Polly. He re-encounters a now-devastated Darwin, who has learned that the Queen is part of a secret dining society with several other world leaders who are now aboard her steamship, the QV1, waiting to eat Polly and several other endangered animals. The Pirate Captain enlists Darwin's help to steal a dirigible and rescue Polly.

 Plot of Wreck-It Ralph (2012)

At night when Litwak's Arcade closes, the various video game characters congregate in Game Central Station. Similarly at the conclusion of Fix-It Felix, Jr., the game's characters celebrate the game's hero Fix-It Felix, but they shun the game's villain Wreck-It Ralph. At a weekly support group for video game villains, Ralph reveals he doesn't want to be a bad guy anymore. Returning to his own game, Ralph finds the other characters celebrating their game's anniversary and that he wasn't invited. Felix reluctantly invites Ralph to join the party, but the others refuse to accept Ralph, saying he'd have to win a medal, just as Felix does.

While visiting Tapper's, Ralph meets a soldier from Hero's Duty who reveals that the game's winner receives a medal. Ralph enters the game and encounters Sergeant Calhoun, the game's no-nonsense leader. In between games, Ralph climbs the game's central beacon and collects the medal. On his way out, he accidentally hatches a Cy-Bug, which clings to him as he stumbles into an escape pod that launches him out of the game. Meanwhile, Ralph's absence has not gone unnoticed as a girl tells Mr. Litwak that Fix-It Felix, Jr. is malfunctioning. Since broken games are unplugged leaving their characters homeless, Felix sets off to find Ralph.

The escape pod crash-lands in Sugar Rush, a kart-racing game. As Ralph searches for his medal, he meets Vanellope von Schweetz, a glitchy character who makes off with the medal herself. She plans to use the medal to buy entry into an after-hours race, but King Candy and the other racers refuse to let Vanellope participate saying she's not really part of the game. Ralph and Vanellope build a kart for her to use. Ralph teaches Vanellope how to drive inside Diet Cola Mountain, an unfinished track where Vanellope lives.
Back in Hero's Duty, Felix meets Sergeant Calhoun who explains that the Cy-Bugs can take over any game they enter. As the pair searches for Ralph and the Cy-Bug in Sugar Rush, they become separated with Calhoun discovering the Cy-Bug has laid hundreds of eggs and Felix being imprisoned in King Candy's castle. In the meantime, King Candy enters the game's code and finds Ralph's medal. He offers Ralph the medal in exchange for keeping Vanellope out of the race. He states that if her glitches cause the game to be unplugged, Vanellope won't be able to leave the game. Fearing for Vanellope's safety, Ralph wrecks the kart and returns to Fix-It Felix, Jr.. He finds the game deserted as everyone has evacuated in expectation that their game will be unplugged in the morning.
